United Training Guide

Editorial policy

United Training Guide aims to make training design easier to think through, not to dress opinion up as certainty. We distinguish explanation from recommendation, check factual claims before publication and revise material when a clear error or important omission comes to light.

Accuracy and clarity

Writers should use dependable, relevant sources for factual claims and make the basis of an explanation clear. We avoid unsupported statistics, invented examples presented as real, and guarantees about what a training method will achieve. Where a point depends on context, we say what readers may need to consider rather than implying one answer fits every group.

Independence and partners

Editorial decisions are made for reader value, not as a condition of a commercial arrangement. Any paid, supplied or otherwise partner-supported material is clearly labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial coverage. Partner relationships do not confer control over unrelated editorial content.

Corrections and updates

Readers can report a suspected error through the Contact page. We review the details, correct material when warranted and make significant changes clear in the relevant article. Updates may also be made when wording needs clarification or an explanation has become incomplete.

Illustrations and tools

Some illustrations are AI-generated. Illustrations are visual aids, not evidence, and are not presented as documentary photographs. We aim to make their use clear where it matters to a reader's understanding.

Our point of view

Learning should travel beyond the room.

Training earns its place when people can see what they are learning, try it with purpose and decide where to use it next.
